The GREEF ENERGY multi-functional converter combines several important functions into one device. It is designed to perform AC-to-DC rectification specifically for Permanent Magnet Generators (PMGs), as well as battery charging. Additionally, it supports DC-to-AC inversion, making it versatile for various energy applications.

Equipped with a dual LCD touchscreen that can be customized, this converter employs advanced converter technology to maintain stable voltage and frequency control for Permanent Magnet Synchronous Generators (PMSGs). This ensures a continuous and reliable power supply to connected loads without interruptions.

Moreover, the converter can be easily configured to operate in a grid-tied mode. In this mode, it not only functions seamlessly with the power grid but also allows for grid charging, providing flexible and efficient energy management options.

EMS Smart Energy Management System

The EMS smart energy management system offers multiple configurable operating modes to suit various needs, including off-grid, grid-tied, and grid charging options. This flexibility ensures optimal performance across different energy environments.

Equipped with a double LCD smart touch screen display, the system provides an intuitive interface for easy monitoring and control. Additionally, it incorporates advanced generator power curve tracking technology, enhancing energy efficiency and system responsiveness.

For reliable power supply, the EMS system features AC/DC dual backup for auxiliary power. It also employs control technology designed specifically to manage unbalanced loads, ensuring stable and consistent operation under varying conditions.

Communication and integration are facilitated by the standard RS 485 Modbus RTU protocol, allowing seamless connection with other devices and systems.

Optional functionalities include a PWM dump load with over-voltage and over-speed protection, water gate motor control, and WIFI/LAN remote monitoring and control via a dedicated app. These options provide enhanced safety, convenience, and control capabilities.

Moreover, the system supports customized sensor control functions and the addition of a Static Transfer Switch (STS) for both grid-tied and off-grid applications, allowing further customization and adaptability to specific project requirements.

ACPCS Model Specifications Overview

The following data presents detailed specifications for the ACPCS series models ranging from 100kt to 500kt. These specifications cover various electrical parameters related to the AC input side, battery input, and output side for grid-connected operations.

Generator AC Input Parameters

The rated power for the models ACPCS-100kt, ACPCS-150kt, ACPCS-200kt, ACPCS-250kt, ACPCS-300kt, and ACPCS-500kt are 100 kW, 150 kW, 200 kW, 250 kW, 300 kW, and 500 kW, respectively. The rated voltage should be at least 240 Vac, with an optimal generator rated voltage around 450 Vac. The start voltage required is no less than 180 Vac, and the AC voltage working range extends from 150 Vac to 550 Vac. Maximum AC current varies by model, with the highest being 1203 A for the 500kt model.

Battery Input Data

The battery input section is designed to work with lithium-ion battery types. Battery voltages are customizable within a range of 400 Vdc to 900 Vdc. The maximum charging and discharging current differs among models, ranging from 250 A for the 100kt model up to 750 A for the 300kt model, with some variations depending on specific configurations.

Output Side Parameters for Grid-Connected Operation

On the output side, the rated charging and discharging power corresponds closely with the rated input power, scaled from 100 kW up to 500 kW. Maximum charge and discharge power can exceed the rated power, providing additional capacity when needed. The rated charge and discharge current and maximum current values vary accordingly, reaching as high as 866 A for the largest model.

The rated grid voltage is set at 400 V, with a permissible voltage range from 300 V to 460 V. The rated frequency supports both 50 Hz and 60 Hz. The current total harmonic distortion rate is kept below 3% at rated power, and the power factor remains above 0.99. The power factor range is flexible, from -1 to 1, allowing for various operational modes. Additionally, the system supports an overload capacity of 1.2 times the rated power continuously for one minute.
